We started HighPoint in 2005. We mortgaged our home, sold whatever we could, and with only $3000 in our bank account, HighPoint Electric became our full-time job and sole source of income. Operating entirely on faith, out of a loft space in our home, and using our garage as a warehouse, we set our sights on creating a company that was never about being the biggest, but about being the best. To create relationships with customers that surpassed the industry expectations and give them an unparalleled experience from start to finish. To provide a place for our employees to work that gave them the upmost respect and recognition for their talents, skills and dedication that they deserve. To create a family-oriented company that puts God first and allows us to live out our faith in everything that we do.

We are often asked “where does the name ‘HighPoint’ come from?” Our answer is always the same. “God”. God is the center and the highest point of our success. We cannot do this without Him. And our success continues to surprise us and bless us each day.
